Securing your booking

A credit card or gift voucher number is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. A 50% deposit is required for all treatments over one hour in duration. If you do not have a credit card, please contact Boheme and we can provide Paypal or bank details for a direct deposit. The deposit is fully refundable or transferrable if you cancel outside of 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

To maintain our prices and stay in business, we adhere to our booking policy. So please read and be aware of it so there are no surprises.

We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment otherwise you will forfeit your deposit or 50% will be charged for any cancellations or rescheduling. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 4 hours notice, then 100% will be charged for your appointment.

If your appointment is secured with a gift voucher you will forfeit 50% of the value of the voucher if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
If something unexpected happens, you can always send another person in for your appointment. We enforce this policy for all clients. If any event, including incidents beyond your control, prevents you from attending you appointment on the day, unfortunately we do have to charge for that appointment.

If you cancel outside of the 24 hours prior to your treatment we will refund your deposit to your credit card.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment you forfeit your booking deposit or your gift voucher will be void or 100% of the treatment cost will be charged to your account.

Confirmation of Booking

Approximately 48hrs hours prior to your appointment you will be sent an SMS to your mobile phone number. Please reply to this to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
